Workouts this week

This week, I did the following workouts:

Monday: 4 miles in the morning
Wednesday: 4 miles (speedwork-sort of) after work
Thursday: spin with Chuck!
Friday: 4 miles in the morning

I'm looking forward to the 9 miles long group run this Sunday, even if we will be joining with the half marathon group, and will be down two coaches.
